Yes. If you’re not happy with your purchase for any reason, you may return it for a full refund or make an exchange. Returns are always free when you’re sending back your item from within the U.S.

At this time, we cannot accept returns or exchanges from outside the United States.

We accept returns for refund or exchange for up to 60 days after the order date. To be eligible, your item must be unworn and in the same condition that you received it. For free returns and exchanges (within U.S. only), please follow these steps:

  1. Email us at for a shipping label; Please include your order number in your email; We will reply within a few days with a return shipping label (attached) for you to print; If you would like to exchange your product with another product at the same or lower price, let us know with which item you would like in exchange; Please include the product type, name, color and size
  2. Put the item(s) you are returning back in the original packaging (square box) with the original invoice, photocopy of the invoice or a note with your order number; If you no longer have the original packaging, please use a similar size box or bubble mailer
  3. Tape the box closed, and tape the return shipping label to the box
  4. Mail back the box at any U.S. Post Office (United States Postal Service a.k.a. USPS)

If you want to take advantage of our free shipping for returns and exchanges, you need to use a return shipping label provided to you by Local Vyntage via email (see steps above); If you'd prefer to address your own package and pay for your own return shipping (you will not be reimbursed), you may send you item back to: (make sure to include your order number)

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund or exchange.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.

At this time, we cannot accept returns or exchanges from outside the United States.

We do our best to ship orders within 48 hours, but often times it’s much faster!
Your order will be shipped by USPS (United States Post Service) with the USPS shipping option you chose during checkout; You can check your order confirmation email to see which USPS option you chose.

If your order hasn’t yet been shipped out, we’ll do our best to help you get your shipping address changed. Send us an email to with the correct shipping address and we’ll let you know if we can change it.
Unfortunately, once your order is placed/processed it’s too late to make any changes. The best way for you to make changes is to just place a new order with the correct item(s). BUT also let us know ASAP and we’ll attempt to cancel your order before it gets packed and shipped out. Send us an email to and we’ll see what we can do for you. Worst case scenario, you’ll be able to return your incorrect order for a full refund – our returns are always free (unless you live outside the U.S.).
Unfortunately, once your order is placed/processed it’s too late to apply a discount code. The good news is that you can probably apply that same discount code to a future order.

If you are shipping your order to a Florida address, sales tax will automatically be added.
Yes. After you purchase a gift card, you will receive a special email including the gift card’s value and a unique gift card code that can be used for a future checkout. You can forward this email on to intended recipient of the gift card, or print out the gift card for the recipient.
Yes, we ship internationally using USPS (United States Post Service).

Maybe. We’re actively partnering with local shops and boutiques where our designs will be recognizable. In other words, if you’re able to select a city on our Find Your City map, there’s a good chance you can find our stuff in shops in that city.

In other words, by sharing a design idea with us, you’re agreeing up front to receive nothing in return. Now, with that legal stuff aside, we’d do our best to hook you up with some free t-shirts.
