Lechmere stores began in 1913 when Abraham Cohen purchased a harness shop in Cambridge, Massachusetts and renamed it after the area it was in: Lechmere. Over the years, the shop switched from harnesses to tires with the increasing use of cars. By the 1950s, household goods, sports equipment, toys, and more had been added to the mix, starting its shift to the full discount department store it had become by the 70s. By the 80s, Lechmere had expanded beyond New England and had over 120 locations across 10 states. The last Lechmere locations closed in 1997.

Our 50/50 blend (cotton/polyester) tees are unisex/men's fit. Most customers say they run true to size.
For men we recommend their regular men's size. However, if they're between sizes, we recommend going with the larger of those two sizes.
For women we recommend one size smaller than their regular women's size, especially if they prefer the fit to be slightly more "fitted" (tighter).
Our t-shirts are premium quality, medium-weight, 50/50 blends (cotton/polyester), giving them that buttery-soft feel you’re looking for!
