Super soft t-shirt inspired by Northland Center mall in Southfield, Michigan.
Northland Center opened in 1954, in Southfield, Michigan, becoming the largest and first major regional shopping center of its kind in the United States. The open-air mall was anchored by a Hudson’s department store and featured over 80 shops, beautiful courtyards, and commissioned public art. At its peak, the mall was a global model for suburban retail, offering everything from high-end fashion to medical offices and its own community auditorium. The facility officially closed its doors in 2015, following decades of shifting demographics and a sharp decline in occupancy that left it nearly empty.

Our 50/50 blend (cotton/polyester) tees are unisex/men's fit. Most customers say they run true to size.
For men we recommend their regular men's size. However, if they're between sizes, we recommend going with the larger of those two sizes.
For women we recommend one size smaller than their regular women's size, especially if they prefer the fit to be slightly more "fitted" (tighter).
