Super soft t-shirt inspired by the Turtle's Records & Tapes of the southeastern United States. Made from soft 100% combed ring spun cotton. Also available in red 50/50 blend tees.
Turtle's Records & Tapes was founded in Atlanta in 1977. Within the next 10 years, it grew to over 70 stores across Georgia and Florida. Like any great record stores of the 70s and 80s, Turtle's sold records, cassettes, and concert tickets and even had VHS movies for rent in its later years. With so much to offer, including Turtle's coins and stamp booklets, Turtle's was definitely a favorite record shop until the 90s when they shut their doors.
Faded yellow is 100% cotton. Made and printed in the USA. Velvety Local Vyntage logo on right sleeve. This t-shirt is now tag-less.
