Super soft t-shirt inspired by Wellby Super Drug stores in northern New England.
Wellby Superdrug opened in Maine in 1973 as a subsidiary of a regional supermarket chain in the area. The drug store, whose name was a play on the phrase “be well” quickly spread across the area, offering everything from drugs to snacks and movies. At its peak there were over 40 Wellby locations across Maine, New Hampshire, and Vermont. After the Maine State Legislature repealed the Blue Laws in 1990, which required stores larger than 5,000 sq. feet to be open on Sundays, Wellby’s parent company decided to sell to a major drug store chain and all Wellby locations were rebranded.

Our tees are unisex/men's fit. Most customers say they run true to size.
For most men we recommend their regular men's size, but if they're often between sizes we recommend going with the larger of those two sizes.
For most women we recommend one size smaller than their regular women's fit size, especially if they prefer the fit to be slightly more "fitted" (tighter).
All of our t-shirts, with the exception of the "faded yellow" color, are premium quality, medium-weight, 50/50 blends (cotton/polyester), giving them that buttery-soft feel you’re looking for!
